An established and growing organisation in the renewable energy sector is looking for a Spanish or Portuguese-speaking Asset Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of operational wind and solar assets.

This is a key role where you’ll drive performance, ensure compliance, and work closely with stakeholders to maximise asset value across the full lifecycle.


🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of renewable energy assets, ensuring full compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
  • Analyse operational and technical data to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
  • Deliver clear performance, operational, and financial reports
  • Support project transitions from construction to operations, including technical handovers
  • Maintain asset documentation, KPIs, and risk registers
  • Coordinate site teams, contractors, and service providers
  • Oversee commercial agreements with suppliers and offtakers
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Collaborate with advisors on financial and statutory reporting
  • Build strong relationships with investors, landowners, and key stakeholders
  • Provide technical input for new and upcoming projects

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • ~3–5 years’ experience in renewable energy asset management (or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Wind and/or Solar PV technologies
  • Experience with asset monitoring and performance systems
  • Exposure to energy storage (a plus)
  • Experience managing international portfolios (desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple assets across different lifecycle stages
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (written & spoken)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership
  • Willingness to travel as required
