The Role
You’ll represent landowners on renewable energy projects, from site promotion through to negotiations and delivery—acting as a trusted adviser every step of the way.
You’ll:
- Advise landowners on renewable developments
- Promote land and negotiate with developers
- Lead on heads of terms and client reporting
- Carry out site visits across the UK
- Work closely with legal and professional teams
- Build new business and future revenue streams
- Share technical expertise within the firm
About You
- 3–5+ years’ experience in renewables or land agency
- MRICS desirable (not essential)
- Strong negotiator with commercial awareness
- Excellent reporting and client skills
- Confident with MS Office; GIS a plus
- Organised, accurate and deadline-driven
