Commodity Trading Manger
Circa £60,000 plus bonus and package
Are you experienced in the recycling industry, buying and selling recycling commodities? We are seeking a Commodity Trading Manager with a strong commercial mindset to drive the purchase and sale of relevant materials. As a Commodity Trading Manager, you will need to understand and deliver trading activities aligned with the business growth, retention and diversification goals, identify new opportunities, support the Head of Commodity Trading, and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in a safe, legal, and environmentally compliant manner.
Requirements
• Experience in the waste and recycling industry with strong commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of recycled commodity grades and values (desirable).
• TFS regulations knowledge (desirable).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• The ability to build and maintain effective working partnerships.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in working with internal / external stakeholders.
