A leading renewable investment firm is looking for a driven Asset / Portfolio Manager to join its growing Solar & Storage team.
You’ll take ownership of solar portfolios — analysing performance, managing contractors, handling property matters, and supporting optimisation projects that maximise long-term value.
Working with teams across the UK and Europe, this is a hands-on role for someone organised, collaborative and excited about accelerating the energy transition.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements
- Manage O&M contractors and site maintenance
- Handle property cases, leases and access issues
- Onboard new assets and improve internal systems
- Support compliance, ESG reporting and safety standards
- Contribute to digitalisation and optimisation initiatives
- Visit sites and attend industry events as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in solar PV, renewables, asset management or operations
- Comfort with digital systems and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of property or lease structures is a plus
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
