This client is one of the UK’s leading land services providers in the infrastructure sector.
They offer consent management and stakeholder engagement services to support major infrastructure and regeneration projects from concept to delivery.
They are a company of Project Managers, Chartered Surveyors, Transport Planners and Land Referencers, based in England, and Scotland and establishing themselves in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland,
They are currently expanding their presence in Northern Ireland and we are looking for people with experience delivering land services for a number of new roles which include:
• Land Referencers
• Land Access Consultant
• Land Officer
• Surveyors
• Senior Surveyors
• Principal Surveyors
Responsibilities
- Working to support our teams in the delivery of land access including landowner and stakeholder engagement regarding Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) General Vesting Declaration (GVD) and Development Consent Orders (DCO),
- Identifying landowners, land agents and legal representatives, planning authorities and local government.
- Engagement with landowners and other parties who have an interest in the land.
- Securing access to land for surveys.
- Play a major role in their Land Access directorate, working on NSIPs within Northern Ireland and being part of their continued growth and success.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering land services such as land referencing, survey access, stakeholder and landowner engagement.
- Knowledge of Northern Ireland's statutory consent requirements such as DCO, CPO.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Stakeholder engagement experience.
- Enthusiastic and driven.
- Technically focused.
- Commercially aware, working within budget and Full driving license
