They are currently expanding their presence in Ireland and we are looking for people with experience delivering land services for several new roles which include:
• Land Referencers
• Land Access Consultant
• Land Officer
• Surveyors
• Senior Surveyors
• Principal Surveyors
Responsibilities
- Working to support our teams in the delivery of land access including landowner and stakeholder engagement regarding Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) General Vesting Declaration (GVD) and Development Consent Orders (DCO),
- Identifying landowners, land agents and legal representatives, planning authorities and research of Registers of the Republic of Ireland.
- Engagement with landowners and other parties who have an interest in the land.
- Securing access to land for surveys.
- Play a major role in their Land Access directorate, working on NSIPs within Ireland and be part of their continued growth and success.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering land services such as land referencing, survey access, stakeholder and landowner engagement.
- Knowledge of Ireland's statutory consent requirements such as DCO, CPO.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Stakeholder engagement experience.
- Enthusiastic and driven.
- Technically focused.
- Commercially aware, working within budget
- Full driving license.
