The company creates business in more than 50 countries and has realized plants with a total rated capacity of over 1.5 GWp worldwide.
Within this ‘A team’ of installers, you’ll be managing the Civils, HSE, Grid, and logistics supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Site Manager
- Monitoring and controlling all site installation activities
- Coordination of all mechanical/electrical subcontractors and their site activities
- Monitoring and control of deadlines, costs and quality and HSE aspect of the mechanical installation works
- Assisting with conflict and claims management
- Quality control and testing of the mechanical installation works
- Addressing technical issues in coordination with the Site Manager
- Reporting and document administration
- Organising acceptance tests and creating punch lists
- Construction risks identification, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Logistics, material acceptance and material handover to the contractors
You
- Formal qualifications in engineering (preferably mechanical or industrial) and/or equivalent experience
- At least 2-3 yrs of work experience in the solar PV area
- Strong communication skills - systematic organizational approach
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with the process of procurement, construction and logistics of investment projects
- Technical understanding of Solar PV/ BESS
- Willingness to travel and work from the project sites
