Strategic Consultant – Offshore Wind (Permanent)

An exciting opportunity is available for a Strategic Consultant specialising in Offshore Wind to join a highly regarded advisory firm within its growing Economics practice. This role is ideal for someone with experience in renewable energy strategy or investment, particularly within offshore wind, and a strong grounding in economic analysis.

The organisation works across global markets, supporting government bodies as well as private developers, operators, and investors in shaping the future of clean energy. Its work spans complex commercial decisions, policy-driven programmes, and major infrastructure developments.

What you’ll be involved in:

  • Developing commercial strategies and economic frameworks for major energy projects
  • Supporting competitive tendering, auction design, and transaction processes
  • Producing and analysing management information to guide decision-making
  • Evaluating regional and national economic impacts
  • Engaging with a wide range of industry and public-sector stakeholders
  • Advising on regulatory and policy requirements
  • Assessing community benefits and long-term socio-economic outcomes
