This cleint is a leading UK consultancy in land services, consent management and stakeholder engagement, supporting major infrastructure and regeneration projects nationwide. With strong growth and a blue-chip client base across transport, energy, utilities and regeneration, we’re now looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their Energy & Renewables team.
You’ll lead project teams, manage day-to-day delivery and provide strategic land advice to developers and public bodies—shaping land strategy from early concept through to acquisition, negotiation and delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Lead teams to deliver high-quality land services on major projects
- Act as Project Account Manager and trusted technical advisor
- Develop land acquisition strategies and manage risk
- Negotiate agreements and engage landowners and stakeholders
- Present complex information clearly to clients and partners
- Support tender submissions and ensure regulatory compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Surveyor with strong land services experience
- Background in CPO/DCO/TWAO projects, acquisitions and land assembly
- Expertise in scheme development and objection management
- Confident communicator and negotiator
